2. Information We Collect
We collect information needed to operate the game, provide player accounts, save progress, process purchases, and improve the player experience.
- Account and profile data: player ID, display name, selected profile details, country or language when provided or inferred for gameplay and personalization, and authentication information provided by our sign-in services.
- Gameplay data: scores, levels, missions, rewards, inventory, coins, hearts, hints, purchases, achievements, multiplayer state, inbox messages, and other progression data.
- Purchase and reward data: App Store purchase identifiers, transaction validation data, item grants, rewarded-ad session IDs, ad completion records, and economy ledger entries. We do not receive your payment card details.
- Device, diagnostics, and security data: app version, device and operating system information, crash or error logs, server logs, IP address, fraud-prevention signals, and similar technical data.
- Website and support data: information you provide when contacting us, plus basic server and website logs when you visit this site.
3. Ads, Consent, and Tracking
FlagDash may include rewarded ads in the Store. Rewarded ads are shown only after you choose to watch one in exchange for an in-game reward.
- We use Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request, store, and respect consent choices where required.
- If Apple App Tracking Transparency applies, iOS may ask whether you allow tracking. If you decline, the game can still show ads without using the IDFA for personalized advertising.
- AdMob may process information such as device identifiers, IP address, ad interactions, approximate location, and consent choices to deliver, measure, and protect ads.
- For rewarded ads, Google may call our server-side verification endpoint so we can confirm completion and grant the correct in-game reward.
You can change applicable ad privacy choices through the in-app privacy options when available, and through your device settings.
4. How We Use Information
- Operate FlagDash, player accounts, saved progress, leaderboards, rewards, inbox messages, and Store features.
- Process in-app purchases, rewarded ads, virtual economy changes, and entitlement grants.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, duplicate reward claims, cheating, and unauthorized access.
- Debug issues, analyze performance, improve game balance, and keep the service reliable.
- Respond to support requests and comply with legal or platform obligations.
5. Services We Use
We rely on trusted service providers to run the game and website. These providers process information according to their own privacy and security terms.
- Google Firebase and Google Cloud: authentication, databases, cloud functions, hosting support, logs, and backend infrastructure.
- Google AdMob and UMP: ad delivery, consent management, rewarded ad verification, measurement, and ad safety.
- Apple App Store and StoreKit: in-app purchase processing and transaction validation.
- Amazon Web Services: static website hosting and related infrastructure.
Relevant provider policies include Google Privacy Policy, Firebase Privacy and Security, and Apple Privacy Policy.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only when needed to operate the game, process purchases, show and verify ads, provide support, comply with law, protect players and the service, or work with the providers listed above.
7. Retention
We keep account, gameplay, transaction, and reward records for as long as needed to provide the game, maintain accurate progression and purchase history, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet legal or platform requirements. Support messages and server logs may be retained for shorter operational periods unless needed for security or legal reasons.
8. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

9. Children
FlagDash is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or the minimum age required by local law, without appropriate consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will review the request.

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards and provider terms to support those transfers.
11. Changes to This Policy
